Q-Gold Resources Ltd. is focused on reactivating the historic (1890's) Foley Mine located in the Mine Centre Gold Camp of the Kenora Mining Division of Northwestern Ontario where the Company has control over a sizable land package consisting of of mining claims, Crown leases and patents.

Other projects controlled by Q-Gold include six historic gold and silver mines near Crown King, Arizona and three highly prospective Arizona copper exploration properties.

Management believes that its diversified portfolio of mineral properties, including the near-term development opportunities at Foley, Crown King and Pinafore , that could generate considerable rewards for Q-Gold shareholders in the years to come.
